Do Well for Yourself

Hail Brave Hearts

Serenity and calm, peace and quiet.  Spend your life indoors.  The virus is still raging, but slowly it’s being controlled.  Our yearnings for  social interaction and social gatherings is high.  Our yearnings for affection and partying, for team playing and dinner parties is strong.  When will we live again?  The new normal is quiet, as we seek to bring joy into our lives through the small bubble of our existence.  Our social circle is small to non existent.

The achievements of this quiet, isolated existence varies for many.  New avenues for learning present themselves online as we enjoy more opportunities for online education. and courses to take.   Virtual tours of far away places, concerts to enjoy, athletic challenges to participate in.  Reinvent yourselves in a time of crisis, where the silence could be golden.  If the daily routine involves self motivation towards self improvement, then perhaps this is a time of reflection and self assessment.  From the cocoon to the butterfly so to speak.

We are nearly a year into this lockdown crisis state with hopes that it will have been a transformational period for most of us.  Although 2020 has been a difficult year, the potential for change in oneself could present itself in a more positive way.  Yes, it is true that our social lives change and yes it is true, that international travel is restricted.  Yes, it is true that we can’t travel to far off lands and sometimes we can’t even cross provincial borders, but is this a hardship?  How much do we value our own lands and our own backyards?  It is with great pleasure that Canada presents itself to the world, so its should be, for us to discover ourselves.  Activity abounds, even it if’s online.  A new way of living has forced itself upon us.  A new way to live and hopefully to enjoy life.

As difficult as 2020 has been, it’s provided an unusual opportunity.   The opportunity of time for many of us.  Time that would have been utilized in habitual routine, has been reinvested into other areas.  For some, intellectual interests, for others, athletic pursuits.  Time is a commodity to be spent as wisely as possible.  Time is a gift that passes whether we utilize it properly or not.  Time is a constant.  We will grow old no matter how we spend our time.  We will see years pass, whether they are fulfilled or not.  Dreams will be envisioned, dreams will be fulfilled or dreams will die.  They say, “Only time will tell.”  Put your dreams into motion, work hard on this goal.  Be flexible.    There is time to dream and a time to dare.  2020 seemed to be that kind of year.  A year of self reflection, where only you and your own mind could solve your daily issues.  You and you alone with all of this time to spend.

Dreams: Causes, types, meaning, what they are, and more (medicalnewstoday.com)

Spend the endless hours of your day.  Spend it wisely, oh great ones.  The pandemic could still be a way to success, if all of this time is put to good use and spent on a valued pursuit.  The pandemic could be an unusual success, your home, a retreat.  This time could be your salvation.  Learn to know yourself.  This crisis will pass.  May you emerge from your own cocoon  as a butterfly.

How High

How High

Hail Brave hearts

It’s simple and rich, it’s awesome and real, it’s clever and daring, it’s nurturing and caring.  It gives support, it grows, it gives hope and it shows, it’s smiles and touches, it’s tangible and connected.  Life support and life lines, nets to throw and catch people in.  Ties that bind, reasons to hold, keep us safe, safe in the fold.  Small and tiny, it’s hard to decide, which will flourish and which will subside.  The strong, the clever, the mighty, the great, all might fall, with a twist of fate.  Raise them all, whatever they be, for in this world, there’s make believe.

Believe you are strong with good intentions, climb your mountains, claim your spot.  All of us strive to reach the top.  Move those mountains, part the seas, plan to work, this is not a breeze.  Follow the path of dreams and rainbows, color your world with minds and planning.  Go on your quest to fortune and fame, follow your intentions, pursue and plan.  Soon your team will be tested for it’s skill, this is your life, live it well.  Be it fast, or be is slow, this is your only chance to shine, let it show.  One fabulous lifetime, then it’s gone.

Draw them close, they are so dear, the lucky companions who you chose to be near.  Similar aptitudes, skills and focus, intent on a lifetime of quests, bucket lists, socializing and more.  More fun, for those who chose to find the time it takes to fill those goals, skill building, training, research and planning, all those things come with patience, practice, knowledge and care.

Litter your world with photos of dreams, plan your outcome, make your scheme.  Nothing comes of wishful thinking, active participation will draw you out.  Be the best that you can be, nothing short of this, so you will be pleased.  Strive for those heights, those sought after goals, there’s still time to pursue this, and soon it shows. Determination, set your mind, choose the pathway, start to climb, relentless uphill, planning and striving, the tireless movement to gain a chance.

This is your life, the one and only, focus your aptitude, follow it closely.  You will be what you will, but the best possible you, will come from your skill.  Build your life, build your team, focus your mind, follow your dreams.

Training

Good day, Brave hearts!
The wondrous world awakens you and this day of glory calls you. Hail, you skilled and mighty human.
Feel your strong, toughened body. Each muscle responds to the call. The body, so firmly controlled, obedient to that masterful mind, that intense will, that demanding purpose. The body, who no longer wails, rest, pain and injury! The body, silenced and controlled. The body, who’s insistent complaints of fatigue, pain, cold, hunger and heat are now quashed to the demand of the superior mind. Mind over matter is mind over body. Supremely controlled, the body performs dutifully to the demanding mind. Lean and perfect, this body, the only vessel of the mind and the soul, will perform.
Now, the masterful mind, visualizes the result. It sees it’s body execute that turn, complete that course, hit the target. The masterful mind outperforms the body. The specific focus to a goal of achievement. The narrow view, where the world is shut out and the only perception of the senses is the play.

The superior mind, that focused aptitude of skill and courage. Shut out the chaos of the world, concentrate on the objective of this goal. This is the challenge of the day. To visualize the outcome and to control the persistent nagging of the body. To see the result and to demand performance to it. To see the finish, one step at a time, to enact and recreate the desired results. Repeat the performance and follow through. Over and over, until the body understands the training and properly learns the sequence. The focus of the mind, so superior, so specified. An aptitude at it’s highest, driven to excellence. The exhaustive play, the painful concentration, the focus, the focus, don’t loose the focus. A battle won, or a battle lost in the simple shift of focus, loss of clarity or loss of concentration. A distraction, a diversion, a deliberate ruse to disrupt, annoy, upset or abuse, however simple, but perfectly planned to divert attention and set the player off their mark.
It’s commonplace.
Find your finest aptitude great human and focus your fine and brilliant mind on it’s goal. No failure there. A strong and focused mind, a trained and willing body, a spirit to overcome the obstacle. Come brave hearts, to the joy of success, to the thrill of achievement and to the duty to yourselves to live your lives well. Strengthen your bodies, strengthen your minds, increase your spirit, plan your destiny, focus on your goal. Awaken your spirit to the fulfillment of dreams and to the quest for more life, more living.
Call your colleagues around you, develop your support group, find your like-minded, encouraging allies.
This is your life!
Hail, bravehearts! To lives well lived, to destinies achieved and to a call to the order of the brilliant mind.
Hail brave hearts, to your success!
