Happy Mothers Day

Happy Mothers Day

Hail Bravehearts

With thanks, we give praises to this special day.  To the finest, the most wonderful, the dreamiest and the most courageous.  Thanks to all of you, you special mothers. This is the day to celebrate you. Beautiful you.  Oh wonderful you.

The patches on my jeans, the warm woolly sweater, the cozy knit blanket, the floral arrangement and the pie.  I just love pie!  Fresh berries from the garden, homemade jam and apple pie, cookies in the cookie jar, and roast beef in the oven.  The smells of home and cooking, perfume is in the air.  We always know where mother is, her hand is everywhere.

Shops full of shopping, restaurants galore, our home and closets, rival those, with skills we all adore.  Homemade ornaments for the Christmas tree, new recipes to try.  Our budget is the windfall of dollars set aside.  The beauticians all know us, we frequent their abode, to cut and curl and streak our hair, for parties, gatherings and potlucks for the road.  Glamour is our style, we wear the trendiest designs.  Our look is always current, from our latest shopping spree.  We look so bedazzling, we rival the Christmas tree.

Polished nails and body wraps, massage and yoga tights.  Our bodies are our temples, fit, sleek and just right.  No attitude of worry,  fret or fear to linger.  We always are most charming, with smiles, hugs and cheer.  Be proud of us, we are mighty, the hand that rocks the cradle.  Great gifts to those we love, are given, as much as we are able.  To raise a child is easy, just always look your best.  A child is a delight to us, from heaven, the stork, or wherever babies come from.  Just make them all some pie, serve them some desert, after all, you are their mother, you always know best.

Little einstein is a wonder child, after all, he comes from you.  The family fortune just increased, with achievements, success and medals.  Keeping spirits up and enthusiasm high, is just another moment.  Sweet encouragement spills from your lips as easy as breathing a name.

The sun will shine, the birds will sing, the day will bring you flowers, for all of us have just one thing in common, we all have come from mothers.  The day grows long, the life is dear, it’s poetry in motion.  To watch or mothers make our beds and tuck us under the covers.  Sweet dreams of childhood, blessings dear, those days in hug wrapped comfort.  To be spoiled with love and kindness, is to have a mother.

Joy is the word, on this special day.  For kindness, love and giving, is the way, mothers earn a living.  Blessings are the children, they are always joy and pride.  A family with good intentions, will stay together and survive.  A mother is a beauty, she smiles and welcomes us home.  This comforting place of human space, is the nurturing place called home.

Go Get It

Go Get It

Good Day Brave hearts

Another glorious day. The new year rings in hope and joy for a prosperous and intelligent 2016. A year of energy and excitement, of harmony and ambiance, of friendship and compatibility, of love and kindness. The cheer of a new beginning and the focus of another adventure. Brave new world, brave new start, brave new beginnings. To set your lives on that course of success, your own personal quest, your own personal best. In the quiet of your brilliant mind, your direction comes to you. Follow your wisdom, oh brave ones, to the fulfillment of your destiny.
Oh destiny of cherished hope, of minds set on a course to triumph.  Oh willing humans, minds of courage, plot your course and set your compass.  A path glimmers in the darkness and light shines along the way.  A path of your choice.

A fellowship of supportive companions, a team of strength and collective thought.  Self supporting and congenial, a circle of compassion to help your life.

This strong support will take you anywhere.  Dream, oh brave ones, it can take you to the stars.  Set a path, a well calculated trail. Mark your way, don’t loose yourselves.  The path to a colony, a county, a wild and alluring place, started with the footsteps of the brave, as they set on a course called the adventure of their lives.

A dream from the mind of determined humans, strong wills, champions.  A course of the most daring adventure.  A course that anyone can take.  Think, plan, educate.  Skills and knowledge.  Success doesn’t come from dreams, it comes from happenings.

Wrap you fellows around you.  Hold them tight to you.  These brethren might save you one day.  Save and be saved!  Skills, knowledge, education.  Think, plan, plot your course.  Set your sails and fly.

The vessels cast off from the dock.  A course was set and dutifully followed.  The master at the helm was secure and intelligent, fully qualified and educated in all things seaworthy.  Land and a landing was the object, and success an imperative must.  A failure would be a catastrophe so immense it could loose the lives of the entire ship.  Failure was impossible.  Failure could not be contemplated.  All hands on board were skilled and trustworthy, competent and careful.

Hail, all you bravehearts.  The past sheds light on the glory days.  Days of courage, of immense deeds, of human toil and human might.  Not one success came without the constant support, drive and encouragement of the team that set itself to win.  Win your conquest.  Build your support. Your team must share your desire and propel you onward.  Good leadership and judgement, advice along the way.  A  collective thought, a group think.  We can fulfill this goal.  A mission to land and an object to colonize.  We can achieve this goal.  Minds set in unison, unalterable, unchanging.

The vessel has cast off from the dock.  Set your sail, chart your waters, point the compass, follow the route.  No drifting with the tides, no turning back for shore.

Hail bravehearts, set your course.  The adventure of your life awaits.

This Darkest Day

This Darkest Day

Hail, oh you awesome ones.

The winter solstice is upon us, the shortest day of the year.  The longest night, the darkest day.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/sciencefair/2015/12/20/winter-solstice-first-day-of-winter/77667242/  The Winter Solstice

A multitude of shiny lights, shine a path of glittery colours as we walk through the town.  Christmas lights, Christmas joy, the night will fade and pass as we cover our homes with bright lights and dazzling displays of colour, to greet you.  The longest night becomes the most brilliant night as we pass along the streets, admiring the creativity and the view.

The sleepy Earth covers her head with a soft blanket of snow and we, on the surface rise to the grandeur of the holiday season.  It is with great joy, that we welcome this darkest night, and we sing the praises of the divine.  It is with great joy that we welcome this holiday season and sing the praises of the creator.  This most awesome dark night, this most awesome short day, will start a holiday time of peace, sharing and goodwill.  This most awesome winter solstice, will mark the start of a journey to celebration of joy most high.  The joy of the great divine.  The joy of song, of merriment, of laughter, of togetherness.

Hail, all you brave ones.  The journey to peace and happiness starts with your courage to pursue it, your unrelenting devotion to it. Hail all you brave ones, this shortest of days is a praiseworthy day.  A day to sing, to turn on the Christmas lights, to light the way for others.  This is the great, high holiday season, full of light, brightness and joy.  It starts with the shortest day, the longest night, the most dark and the most joyous, festive season.  This is a good day. No, a great day.  This day is a blessing to us.

Shine your lights, oh joyous merrimakers.  Sing and play and rejoice!  The holiday season is upon us. Fill your day with grateful praises, fill your lives with love and sharing, fill your homes with warmth and friendship.  These long, dark days of winter are a wonderful time of celebration.

Bright lights, sparking streets, festive  homes, good cheer, good will, joy!  This is the season of joy!

Snow, you dark and blizzardy sky, bring us the storms of winters night.  We step out into the cold and smile.  The winter.  A fabulously special time of year, with fun, celebration, holiday, good cheer and snow.

Inside each warm and comfortable home, stockings hang by the fire.  A tree is erected with lights and ornaments, bright and cheerful, festive and fun.   The home smells of baking and holiday making, the fire lights our path.  We sing with praises and gladness.  This dark, long night, gives us a great gift.  It gives us winter!  It starts with a holiday, so immense that the whole world sings.  It gives us praises to the great divine and praises to the one on high.  We, the world of mortal beings, rise in song and celebration.  Hail, you most brilliant being, light our world on this dark day and rise to sing and dance with us. For joy and celebration is upon us and we rejoice in it.  Blessed winter, blessed holiday, blessed  holy one.

Sing, all you wonderful ones, for on this short and dark day, we are given a gift of great tidings.  We are given a holiday, a celebration and a miracle.

The New Year’s Resolution

Good Day Bravehearts

A brand new year! A new beginning, a new awakening, a new start. Cast off the old 2014 and bring in the new. 2015 will improve our lives.
Oh brilliant bravehearts, what changes will you make? Will you be daring and bold or more cautious and thoughtful. Will the year bring in a brave new you or will you persist along a path of current successes. An invigorating new year with promise and aspiration. Fun and frolic, work and achieve. The self fulfillment of an accomplished goal, the joy of success, of learning and knowledge. A bar set high enough to be out of reach, but reach for it you must. Goals and resolutions, standards of achievements set high enough that you must strive. Work for it! The unattainable star is a goal to reach for.

http://www.skillsyouneed.com/ps/personal-development.html personal growth

Who will you be in this lofty new year? Your goals are your own personal quest. A goal that you can achieve gives you confidence and satisfaction. Done! A reward for the efforts of knowing who you are and utilizing current skills. Now another goal. Another small one that you can manage. Achieved! More success, more self confidence. A step towards the ultimate goal. That shining star that brightly guides you. Another goal, but maybe a bit more difficult. A goal that challenges you to use more skills, more knowledge, perhaps making new connections. It might take a bit more time, but you can manage it. Maybe you need another course, more research, ask more questions.
The New Years Resolution is an interesting idea. Everyone needs to improve themselves. Set a goal and focus on the achievement of this goal. Every year, you set a goal, with mindful attention to it. Every year, your self fulfillment progresses. Be a better you. Fulfill that goal. Focus and strive. Concentrate your effort. Don’t give up on it. Even if you only partly manage it, set it again next year. It needs more courses, it needs more research, it needs more focus, it needs more help, more collaboration. Even the attainment of small goals, puts you on the right track.
That large looming star that shines so brightly on you, guiding and lighting your path, does not diminish. Follow your star. It’s the beacon in your life. If it tells you to redirect your route, put faith in it’s wisdom. No achievement accomplished is a loss to you. It only builds more and more skills. Skills that you will put to use to attain that goal. That course was necessary for you. For example, a course in cooking leads to to the goal of being an accountant. How so? Perhaps your business will be more successful if you entertain your guests. Maybe you need to run that marathon, so that your clients know that you have other interests. Maybe you need to volunteer with the business community so that they know who you are and that you care about them. Why would they support you if you don’t support them, or it they don’t know who you are.
All of your fine education lost for lack of contacts.
The New Years resolution is an idea on focusing on goal setting and on personal growth. A cultural phenomena that all are encouraged to participate in. Is it worth your while to set a goal? All around the world, people do it. What about you?

Kindness

Kindness

Hail Bravehearts

To the joy of your being, to the joy of living, to the energy in your body and the brilliance of your minds. Hail to the conquest of the journey of your life, to freedom and prosperity and the joy of close friends, connections and family. The journey of your life begins with birth and takes you through the time travel of your years on the planet. Years of hope, of nurture, of care, of intelligence and rewards, of sorrow and hardship, but still the life in your body and the intelligence in your mind, propels you onwards and forwards towards goals of endearing affection.
For who are we, without love? Love for each other, love for our passions, our home, our family, our friends.
The nurture and care that brings a child to the planet. Care and compassion, love and acceptance, kindness and support. The brilliant wonder of creation, yours to hold, to have and to cherish. Life from life, heart to heart, healing wounds and easing sorrow, joy and happiness and love.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6VgNzJ04z8&spfreload=10 2013 Kindness Challenge winner – Hannah Brencher, More Love Letters

The gifts that we give to each other, companionship, support and friendship, heal wounds and nurture affection. Peace, brotherhood, brotherly love. A casual gift, smiles and acknowledgement, conversation and acceptance. Casual gifts, small and simple, life supporting and generous. The kindness of reaching out, of touching the heart, of being generous, selfless and worthy. The kindness of being human and humane. Mercy.
Greatness and miracles, good deeds and generosity, the healing of casual acts of kindness, one by one, over and over, again and again, until the soul is saved and the heart can sing once more.
Hail, bravehearts. To the awesome journey of your lives. Be brave. Save and be saved.
