Dear Mothers

Dear Mothers

Good morning Brave hearts

The celebration of life and love is a gift to you on the day that we celebrate mothers.
Dear mothers, a moment of your time, a life of care and nurturing, a protector, a supporter and a keeper of our memories. Our childhood moments of daring and brilliance, of adventure and imagination, of creativity and spontaneity. For us, the passing of time as we learn and explore. For our mothers, the moments of cherished memories of a child, so young and adored, so carefully nurtured. A being, brought into her life, with a purpose and destiny of it’s own.
Dear mothers, the light of that life dawns in the early morning and persists until the evening quiet and dark. The time consuming effort of endless hours spent in loving and hugging and kissing the infant. The demanding child, so
needing and fragile. The reward, to be a lifetime of gifted human love and compassion.
Dear mothers, you rock the cradle and the world listens, as you proclaim your love for your offspring. Happy child, nurtured child, hurt or brooding, the humanity persists in zealous comforting. Rich or poor, the mother gives whatever she is capable of giving. The constant demands of society, to raise this child to its potential. The demand to fulfill the duty, to herself, the family, to the socially accepted norm.
Dear mothers, the matrimonial pledge extends even moreso to the child, in sickness or in health, for richer or for poorer, until death do us part. The child is that part of us that we can’t let go of, that can’t be erased or replaced. That sums of money don’t equal, that can’t be negotiated, that’s carved in stone. Nurture and care, oh wise ones. The world is watching, and your precious offspring are your major calling.
Dear mothers, as you watch the growing child, with pride for their achievements, for always getting up after a fall, for forever running and playing, studying and befriending, the growing human becoming an adult. The work, the devotion, the endless play and support, the all time consuming act of nurture and love, to be lavished upon this blessing, this child.
Dear mothers, it never ends. The child grows and becomes an adult, a champion in your eyes. The effort was painless, the life so fulfilling, a reward just to meet your aquaintance. Mother and child, a bond never ending, a life time of companionship, of conversation, of devotion and care.

We’re celebrating Mother’s Day all wrong according to holiday’s founder

Now mother, we look upon you with praise and adoration, with gratitude for affection, for time and for energy, for teaching, for nurturing and for love. The time spent surpasses the endless days of endless chores, of duty, of routine, of work and social demands. The time spent in teaching, in learning, in conversation and in play. For in mother there is beauty and grace, knowledge and skill, intelligence and love.

So on this day, dear mother, we praise you and thank you. A day set aside for you.
Happy Mother’s Day.

The Ride to end MS

Praises to the almighty human!

Strength and fortitude and daring! The almighty human rises to a call of his own making. Shining spirit, shining tower of strength, rising to a height of daring and human competitiveness, known really only to themselves.
The devastating ravages of disease and failure, of a weakened body, so frail and hurting. Rise to the glory, almighty human! Shine in the glory of a feat of daring, of life sustaining, of work and endurance, for a goal of compassion. Hail to you, oh great spirit, for the quest of your achievement. To rise above it all, to conquer the foe, to beat the devil and to smile that victorious win.
A milestone of human endurance, another thousand kilometers of road. Snow and harsh wind, icy rain and unbearable heat, the weather is a task master of doom and hardship. Regardless of all humanity and preparation, the weather is the merciless master of it all.
Praises, almighty human, dauntless of it all. No sickness or obstacle can defeat the bold and daring. Another storm, another kilometer, another technical breakdown. Onward and onward to pursue the goal of victory and awesome challenge, for as yet an inconquerable beast. Still no cure for this dangerous illness, the Muscular Sclerosis Society needs help.
http://endms93.com/yellowhead-highway-16-the-next-adventure/about/ Greg Van Tighem, riding his fat bike from Masset BC to Winnipeg, Manitoba, March and April 2014.

The fragile bodies of weakened beings, a diagnosis still without a cure. The sinking masses of humanity, falling into the plight of incurable illness. A dangerous endevour, a risky undertaking, a drive for a cure of a devastating illness.

http://www.youtube.com/user/endms93 Greg Van Tighem on the road for a cure of Muscular Sclerosis. The endms93 bike ride from Arizona, USA to Jasper, Alberta along highway 93, 2013.

The pledge drive for $93,000.00 has still not been met, yet the campaigne drive for the cure is still ongoing. Another kilometer of road, another grateful pledge, the master of wheel and fortune persists in charity and hope, to quash the life debilitating monster that sickens the soul. Crush the body with evil illness, ruin the health with pain and agony. A struggle to overcome the sinking sadness of loss and despair. Another kilometer to ride for the cure, to bring hope and possibility to those in pain. Another kilometer of painful riding, of unknown road and lonely travel. A conquest of trust and preparedness, of single travel, without support. Day after day the road winds its weary path to follow. The body accepts the command of the mind. Rise in the morning, fulfill this challenge. The mind demands and the body obeys. Mind over body, mind over illness, mind over matter.
Whatever befalls us, on the great road to living, be it in sickness or in health, the road winds onward for us to follow.
Awesome human, masters of destiny, find comfort and support in your brethren there. Today is a day for the great joy of living.
Rise to your calling, almighty human. Follow your road.

A System of Support

Good morning Brave hearts.

Another day of toil and work, of goals and pursuits, of gain and prosperity, of diligence and duty. In the daily routine of work and play, of love and life, of gifts and sorrow, you persevere in your own domain, and demand strength from your own immortal soul. Heal your wounds, immortal being, conquer your fears, oh wise and intelligent ones. Live for the purpose of fine aptitudes, family and friends.
The joy of your being is to pursue a strong and healthy life, with a destiny carved by your own fine mind. Listen to that fine mind, oh mighty ones, it will take you to a calling of its own.
That path to achievement in a diverse world, where choice is sometimes overwhelming. Too many courses, too many industries, too many pursuits, too many volunteer organizations to join, too many causes. All so needy and so worthwhile. Where do you choose to spend that money, to make those donations, to develop those relationships and to support those areas of need?
Your own fine mind with its own fine aptitude will show you the proper areas to support. It will give you proper instruction for leisure activity and volunteer work. That image in your mind, is the source of all of your pursuits. It instructs career, relationships, passions and excellence. To devote your life to a cause, will give you excellence and expertise in your field.
To excel, follow the path of your destiny, and your life will unfold before you.
Choose your heroes, oh wise ones. There are inspirational people everywhere. Their messages of goodwill, of hope, of life worth living, will help you to pursue your goals, and give support for your quest.
Your volunteer life is your donation to society, to help improve the lives of others. It’s a donation to yourself, to fulfill that area of need, where you need to offer support and goodwill to others. What will you donate? Your time, your energy, your money? The needs of society are high and there is a need to pull people out of the shadows. To help them to achieve their goals, is the life support system that we live by.
Your volunteer work improves your social connections. It fills your life with gratitude and caring. It connects you to a life outside of yourself and your own personal needs. It gives you strength and achievement and community support, for other endevours.
Society needs your compassionate support. With you, we can all make a difference in the world. A world where needs are met. A society that we create for ourselves. With our gifts of giving, of compassion and sharing, we change our own lives for the better and improve others lives as well.

The fine estate

Hail brave hearts

Imagine the grand oasis of your own pristine estate, a secure place, a refuge from the world and the prying eyes of curious by standers. A place for your family, your whole family, brothers, sisters, parents, husbands, wives and children. The whole family, housed in one place where they can live and play together.
Shut out the world and the prying gossips, the insistent intrusion into your peaceful world.
Choose your palace, oh brave hearts and secure your family in a safe space.
The family has been torn and dismembered, wracked by divorce and abuse. The family is becoming a distant memory, of far flung people, irreconcilable differences and domestic dispute.
Who intrudes there, oh wise ones? Love protects you and love will save you.
The family is the focal point of your existence, all of your support comes from an intelligent, supportive family who helps to nurture friendships and life long relationships. The family nurtures and cares, builds self-esteem and character. A strong, congenial family, survives all obstacles in their cohesive, support for one another.
The family builds it’s own character, self-esteem and potential. They take care of each other, young and old, rich and poor. The oppressive negativity that surrounds you and reduces your peace and harmony can be controlled. The negative influence of outside sources can be reduced and the family can heal their wounds, their hearts and their souls.
Protect yourselves, brave hearts, you are all that you have. A strong and united family can heal each other and expel the pain of difficulty and abuse. The family, with their morals intact, will bind and build. Secure your fortress, nurture and care.
Hail to you, almighty ones. The strength of your lives resides in the strength of strong family, a cohesive network of friendly relationships and caring interactions.
The great good earth provides a place for all of us to dwell. A place for peace and prosperity, a place to care for the earth itself.
On your fine estate, let the earth breath it’s soft breath, sing it’s songs of joy, brighten your lives with it’s brilliant hues and cast it’s blessings of earthly wonder and garden produce among you.
The earth is still your paradise. It still needs your attention. It calls you to plant a tree, to let the birds nest and to enjoy the scenic wonder of the landscape.

Valentine’s Day

Good day, you awesome human.

A morning of special delights, where the world calls you and you rise to the joy of another day of life well lived. A holiday. A day of love and kindness. A day to remember that special someone who makes the world a wonderful place. A day set aside to remember the joy of sharing, the compassion of each day, the companionship and the affection. The security in a world where love resides.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDDoAcHZX8c Valentines Day in Jasper National Park

Great human, all of life needs your love. All of life, needs your attention, your affection, your nurturing and your caring. All of life needs your awareness and kindness. All of life calls to you and all of life craves your support.
Brave human, tread so softly on the great planet. That tiny, wounded life calls to your heart and your mind. Save us, almighty human! Don’t let us die!
The wondrous planet sends life to it’s surface for us to explore, to enjoy. That beautiful great land, with so much abundance of life, of love, of giving and sharing. The world, so full of awe and wonder. The world so full of life and adventure. The world of the creation of the Earth. Of splendor and glory and magnificence.
Plunder not, oh great human. This glorious great Earth is a masterpiece of life and living. The joy of creating, the duty of care.
Whose world is this, almighty human? Where you, almighty man, have gifts of emotion of happiness, of compassion, of kindness, of affection and of love.
See the world for the oasis of life that it is. One small planet in a galaxy of rock and dust, where no other humans can live. Here, on this tiny planet, where the Creator casts it’s mysterious spell and life forms thrive in abundance.
The Earth sings with the joy of the living planet. It sings with all of it’s heart for the love of living and the joy of their being. The tiny ones, obeying and dutiful to their call, the mighty ones, protecting their place and securing the destiny of the landscape.
They are the creation of the Earth, their rightful place is among us, with us, in our soul. Their presence makes us happy. Another awesome creature, a dutiful life with a deliberate purpose. It’s creation, to fulfill it’s own destiny in the landscape that it inhabits, like us, great human. A life of purpose, created to fulfill it’s own calling.
Hail, great almighty human, for you have loved and you have conquered. Your superior aptitudes and skills are proven. All others acknowledge your might.
Hear us, sing the Earths creations. The joy that our lives are. We too have a great gift to share, we too have a place on the great planet, we too have love and kindness. We too, have emotion and our lives are difficult.
You, great human, on this wonderful day of love and kindness, have peace between you. No wars are fought, no turmoil, no pain. The kindness of the day, for you and for us.
Happy Valentines Day.

The Child

Greetings, may joy and gladness fill your hearts and may your mind be at peace.
Praises, for this day!
Praises for this day of blessing, where all of the world hears the name of the righteous one, the holy one, the blessed child. For unto us this day, a child is born who is Christ the Lord.
The world sings the song of gladness, praises to the almighty human, the moral man, the man cast in human cloth rising to fulfill a destiny of peace, love, humanity, nurture and care. A world without end, without war. A world with only wonder and awe, of inspiration and sharing. A world of peace.
Brilliant human, who hears the call to gracious living, hear the song. The song of peoples giving thanks, peoples praying for peace, peoples sharing the planet. The song of joy and love in your hearts. The song of an end to war, to poverty, to shame.
Hear us, moral human, as we rise to this day to celebrate the birth of the savior. This day of joy and peace, from a manger.
From a lowly birth rises a brilliant mind, an immense spirit, a blazing heart and a dauntless soul. The spirit will never die, the work will never end.
Joy to all of you on this blessed day. Peace always.

For the Divas

Good morning you awesome beings.
Bold and beautiful, you step out into the world, dazzling us all with your special persona. Immaculate, positive, articulate. The world awaits and you boldly venture forth. A new time of man, a new time of woman, a new time of society.
Hail to you, the women of the earth. The long adventure to that special self fulfilment. People are changing, society is changing and your minds and voices are heard. A powerful time, a time of equality and self actualization.
Caution, you dauntless beings, we know your minds. Thinking of men as husbands and brothers has left you unprepared for the unknown man, the untrusted man, the corruption. For women think that men are kind and are left unsuspecting of the ruin of their lives if they’re not. There is still the danger.
How many times have scandals wracked your world. The criminal element, so aggressive, ruthless and persistent. The fallen victims of scams and unknown disputes, the invasion of privacy, the humiliation and despair.
Praises to you, for the continued support, for the strength and clarity of a society worthy of justice, human rights, success, progress and humanity. Praises to you for a culture of creativity, involvement, advancement. The non judgemental and non discriminatory elements of human rights. The pursuits of child care, social programs, legislation and education. Not just for some, but for all women, all races, all nationalities, still working all over the world. The plight of women and children, the constant quest to end the poverty, the violence and the despair. Praises to all of you for the selfless self seeking of world wide peace, an end to war and poverty and to the rights of the individual. The promotion of compassion, humanity and dignity.
Hail to all of mankind for the wisdom of these pursuits.
Now divas, a caution to your own lives. The daily violence is still a part of our struggle. Your belief that men are kind, they are your husbands and your brothers is too naĂŻve. Beware oh beauteous ones. Violence against women is against all women. The scandals are about all of us.
In the history of mankind, any woman, in any society, in any nation, in any era, have been attacked by scandals. All of these assaults are violence against women, against their place in society and against the family.
But you, divas, need to protect yourselves, shun the mean and contemptuous. Don’t fall victim to the scam. Violence against women starts with the scandals. No one is immune.
Take the simple precautions to protect yourselves, we need your strong voices, the compassion, the mutual support. Beauteous divas, protect yourselves.
Lock your car doors at all times, even when you’re inside. Carry your cellphone, fully charged and call someone to talk to as you walk to your car at night. Park your car in well lit areas. Don’t go out alone. Don’t live by yourselves. Having someone at home, expecting your arrival protects you. Don’t overdress. Don’t invite the workplace to your home unless your roommate is present. Don’t assume. Instead of walking alone, those short two blocks home at night, take a cab. Protect yourselves. Lock the doors of your home. Ask for references. Even if the person is a collegue, you should know them before you invite them. Don’t be overly friendly or overly eager. Find people who you trust and who will support you. Keep your social group tight and compatible. Mutual interests and mutual sharing.
Beware of the evils of the world, fine divas. Predators are stealthy. Be alert and be wise.
Those fabulous, kind and compassionate men are your friends and companions. They will help and support you. Just be careful.

Solstice

Solstice

Hail Brave hearts!

It’s officially fall. The autumn colours of the landscape are changing and a new brilliant hue of colour is upon us. This almighty man, is the land of our forefathers. The land of pristine beauty, of awesome wonder, of dreams fulfilled, of courageous challenge. A land for bold and daring adventure, a life of freedom. A new way, a new path to follow a new quest.
Here, almighty man, is the great land! All of your strength, all of your courage, all of your skills, all of your brilliance and all of your compassion.
Fine negotiator who accepted cultural diversity and multiculturalism as a natural human condition. Fine negotiator, whose attempts to assimilate brought peace and prosperity to the land. Clever peacemaker who spied an opportunity and felt a responsibility to save.
Save us! Called the dying as they slipped away. The path to prosperity was too difficult and too isolated.
Compassionate human, who lived so well, with such apparent ease, with prosperity, luxury and time for leisure pursuits. Art, games, athletics, tests of skills and feats of daring.
This is the new world. Lucky are we to be the fortunate ancestors of accepted mankind in a world so daunting and dangerous.
The pristine wilderness unfolds before us and calls it endless call to follow. Come, great human, into the great wild, whispers the forest, sings the rivers and howls the wind. Experience this peace and hear our song, we sing to you mankind, freedom!
Freedom! It echoed in the ears of our forefathers as they arrived by the boatload to inhabit a land of unknown challenges. A promise of lives fulfilled, dreams come true, plenty for all. The negotiated peace brought with it nation building, agriculture, economics, land, contentment and relaxation. Escape to the new world.
Gone was the overburdening landlord and the endless struggle against taxation. The homesteaders came to farm the land and now there is a harvest. It is fall, the colours are changing, the fruit is ripening, the food is abundant.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homesteading
http://www.motherearthnews.com/homesteading-and-livestock/living-the-good-life-zm0z12aszkon.aspx
Still, in our modern homes, we hear the voices of wisdom persistently nudging us. Move forward, brilliant human, but keep the past with you. Don’t forget your daring ancestors, that brave wilderness birth, the fear, the sorrow, the overwhelming pain. Don’t forget us mankind. Don’t leave the past behind. Remember the great peace that saved us and that is our duty to retain. The great peace, in a world of hardship, with a call to duty to overcome the challenges, inhabit all of the land, build a civilization, farm the land, be the almighty human! No so, bravehearts. Without the great peace, all would be lost.
Now, in this time of joy, when the crops are harvested, food is plenty, the winter is cared for, survival is promised. Now we rejoice in the autumn, with it’s changing colours, it’s cooler temperatures, it’s gifts from the earth.
The animals mate and they too will survive. The great earth, full of miracles, provides again.

The Ross Sea

The Ross Sea

Hail, oh brilliant mankind.
Rejoice in life everlasting, in a world of beauty and adventure. In a world of pristine places, enchanting beauty, thrilling adventure.
Hail mankind for being the glorious perceivers of it all.
To venture into the great wild, to swim and play in the clear, clean waters. To feast on the bountiful harvest and to reap the rewards of the great planet.
Hail mankind, for achieving your duty to yourselves. All aptitudes are praised, all are accepted, all are achieved. Your duty to yourselves is accomplished. The world has quieted its throngs of birds and massive migration of wildlife. The quiet is upon us and the tranquil waters soothe the soul.
Peace. Peace to you almighty man. Rest your weary head. So much to do, so much to see, so much to accomplish. One day, only this day, but it is the only day.
Soon mankind, the great planet will concede.
Gone will be the sound of the nesting birds, gone will be the seafaring life, gone will be the catch of the day, the pride of the mariner, the joy of the ocean festivals. Gone will be the harvest from the sea, the way of life, the nets cast into the seas and filled with food. Gone will be the fisheries and the awe inspired by the interplay of aquatic life. The varieties that intrigue us and the nourishment that sustains us.
Throughout our histories the sea has always provided. The catch of the day has always been on our menus and we have always relied on the ocean to provide. Almighty man, the weary wildlife can sustain us no more. The plunder is too great and there are too many to feed.
Awesome human, the last refuge of the great ocean is too fragile for your needs.

http://www.lastocean.org/Ross-Sea/Last-Ocean-New-Zealand–__I.103

The call to the great wild has always been a bold and courageous endeavor for the human. Fraught with dangers, roaring rivers, waterfalls, blistering heat, freezing temperatures, predators, cliffs, injury, hunger. Yet the pristine wilderness lures us with adventure. The call to the wild is a call of emotion. The wild! It`s for your soul, for your heart and for your mind. It temps us with it`s imagination, it`s unknown perils, it challenges, it`s adventure. It calls us still.
It calls us to paint the great landscape and whatever dwells within. It calls us to roam the hillsides and test our athletic strengths and it call us to compassion, to nurture and care. To see the world from the eyes of the creator. All of this for you blessed human, nurture and care.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ross_Sea

No plunder, no greed, only the moral man, the blessed human with contract in hand.
Save us, almighty human, sighs the great planet. Plunder no more.
The wild species only produce to their food source. As their food source declines, they also decline. The food chain is interrupted. No food for the hungry, no rest for the weary, your nets will be empty, the love song will end and they will reproduce no more.
Hail, to you almighty human, with contract in hand, to end it all or to save it all, rejoice and be happy, oh great human, for life never ending and for prosperity to all.

Mothers Day

Mothers Day

Happy day to you, goddesses.  A day set aside for wonderful you.

Happy are we to be the gifts that you bear.  Joyous are we to be the praises that you sing.  Delighted are we to be the blessings that you desire.  Gladness fills our lives when we please you and great joy is ours when you admire us.

Mothers are the centre of our creation.  They are the focal points of our lives.  From our tiniest beings, the survival of our own creation comes from our mothers.  Nurture and care.

The whole world of mothers in nurture and care.

What do we think of when we think of mothers?  The goddess of creation whose womb protected us.  Where we lay growing in blissful secrecy.  Here the dark chamber of creation surrounds us, protects us, nurtures us, helps us to grow.  The safe compartment of creation. The gift of life itself.

The growing child is secure.  Life surrounds us and the awakening dawn of birth is a miracle to us.  We live!

Gratitude fills us with trust, we honour and obey.  Cleverness abounds with your teaching.  Wonder inspires us and awe awakens in our minds with your wisdom.  Heal us, we know you can.

Brilliant creator, from the dawn of time your heartbeat echoes in our minds.  Our aptitudes soar with your genius.  Your aspirations strengthen us and our minds lock into the key of our being.

Trust and obey.  The call of the human is a call to all aptitudes.  All minds focused in the community of the planet.  All hearts beating for the gift of salvation.  All souls nurtured for the gift of everlasting life.

Gifts to us, for being a child and gifts to you for being a wonder.

Praises to you, almighty goddess.  Mothering is a gift from the Almighty.
